Mary Kraft and Client Updates for COVID-19 Response
Dear Mary Kraft Partner:
The Mary Kraft Executive Team and I are especially grateful for your continued partnership during the current COVID-19 crisis. We know that you and your team continue to face many challenges in the workplace. Though we are now certain that our current challenges may be a factor for longer than 2 weeks, there is comfort in the fact that we found supportive and innovative techniques for working together last week. We are committed to continue to do so.
Our talented team of Recruiters and HR Specialists are developing new solutions and new techniques daily to help our clients manage all HR, personnel and recruiting needs.
Unprecedented situations call for unprecedented responses. One example from this past week: we spent several days this week assisting our clients with relocating our associates to their home offices to work remotely. This involved assisting with the relocation of equipment and helping to provide internet access to those employees who needed it.
Workers remain concerned about the health and safety of their families, neighbors and colleagues. However, they continue to express their passion for staying engaged in their work and protected their jobs and their family’s income.
New jobs and new tasks within existing positions are being created by the minute by the very same crisis that is creating a new normal. There is no job too big or too small for us to take on to assist our clients with continued success on the other side of COVID-19.
We have encouraged our staff to work from home whenever possible. We have state of the art remote access that will ensure the same seamless service to clients and associates regardless of where the calls and emails for help are received. I plan to remain in the office this week. I will also remain available for before, during and after-hours consultations about the best way to manage your talent pool under the current conditions. While we still can’t promise a solution for every challenge; we are confident that we can provide solutions to the majority of your needs.
We will continue to closely monitor progress and change in all our markets and at all of our worksites. We will keep you abreast of new developments. As always, our Baltimore and Duluth teams are available during regular business hours from 8 a.m. to 5:30 pm.
