Constructing a proper resume can be incredibly time-consuming, especially if you find yourself in a situation where multiple versions of your resume are needed to best present yourself to employers in various industries. Before even considering how many versions of a resume you should have, you need to consider how best to format and present your skills and experience. Do you keep your resume to one or two pages? What should come first, volunteer experience or professional experience? And what about cover letters? What’s assumed to be acceptable and professional in a resume not only changes constantly throughout the year, but between different companies or even departments within a company.

At Mary Kraft HR, our team will help you overcome these hurdles, and give you tips, tricks, and strategies that you can implement when designing the perfect resume for a hiring manager. One of our professionals will sit with you at our office in Hunt Valley, and provide a consultative approach to refining and rebuilding your resume – or even to simply enforce good practices you are already implementing.

Of course, we also offer the use of our Associate Zone, a program that takes place in our office from 2:00pm-4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. In the Associate Zone, computers and other resources are available (including members of our team!) to you at no cost. You can update your resume at your leisure and then show it to a member of our team for feedback.
